  Mr. Yong Jiang is President of ABC Investment Banking. He holds an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and a master’s degree in Technological Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mr. Yong Jiang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate finance, especially in consumer goods, commerce, real estate, finance, and other industries. The successful mergers and acquisitions he has achieved are Uni-President and Wondersun Dairy, Hainan coconut, CITIC and Hunan Yahua Milk Industry Co., etc.

Mr. Cheng Ding is the Managing Partner of ABC Capital focused on consumer retail and clean energy sectors. He is in charge of the ABC Growth Capital Fund. Prior to joining ABC Capital, Mr. Ding worked at the PE division of China Ever-Bright Holdings (HK code: 165), where he directed several PE investment and investment banking projects. He has developed deep insights in consumer appetites and corporate governance of high-growth companies in China. Mr. Ding received MBA from Liverpool John Moores University of UK.

Mr. Hongtao Wang is President of ABC Consulting (for small and mid-size companies). He holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School, two bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mr. Hongtao Wang has a wealth of experience in business administration, human resources, strategy, and organization. He has advised Shanghai SVA Group, Zhejiang NHU, Li Ning Sports, and so on. He has been awarded the title of “Outstanding Consulting”.

 Mr. Changhong Liao is a partner of ABC Capital, and Chief Operating Officer of ABC Sunrising Venture Capital. He is a graduate of Beijing Institute of Business and Sichuan University. Mr. Changhong Liao joined ABC Group in 2000, working in private equity investment. He is responsible for the investments of Shengda Forestry Industry, Lomon Titanium, Yangyang Department Store, Sunfor Light, Xunyou Network, etc.

Mr. Jianfeng Zhu is Chief Operating Officer of ABC Investment Banking. He holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mr. Jianfeng Zhu has more than ten years’ experience in investment banking. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and financing. He also has published a number of articles in various financial magazines, specifically in pharmaceutical chemicals, consumer goods, real estate, etc.

 Ms. Weixia Yu is Executive Vice President of Venture Accelerator. She holds an MBA from Donghua University. Ms. Weixia Yu has more than ten years’ experience in marketing and strategy, especially for small and mid-size companies. She joined ABC Group in 2001, and has advised Beijing Communications, Guangzhou Development Group, Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group, etc.

Mr. Jiang Zhi is Vice President of Venture Accelerator. He holds a master’s degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mr. Jiang Zhi specializes in corporate strategy, business planning, state-owned company restructuring, feasibility analysis, etc. He has been the head of Strategy Division in ABC Consulting since 2001, and advised China Three Gorges Corporation, Xinhua Press Group, Zhejiang Transportation Investment Group, China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group, etc.

 Mr. Haitong Zhu is the Managing Partner of ABC Capital focused on TMT, advanced manufactures and other high growing sectors in China. He is in charge of the ABC Venture Accelerator Fund. Prior of joining ABC Capital in 2010, Mr. Zhu was a managing partner at LB Investment, a former investment arm of the LG Group and one of the most recognized and experienced PE fund in Korea. Before that, Mr. Zhu has served as a management consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Later on, he extended his career track to corporate M&A, with years of experience at Anheuser Busch and Rohm & Haas. He has been involved in a number of investment transactions that have been conducted in China. Mr. Zhu graduated from Fudan University with BA in Business Administration. He also received an MBA degree in strategy & finance from Tepper Business School of Carnegie Mellon University.
